Our remote support service is now available to small businesses - our experts can diagnose and fix many problems with your computer by remotely logging in to your computers and servers - usually immediately during our office hours (subject to staff availability).
We can check your computer for viruses and malware, sort out configuration problems with software and find solutions to many problems that slow your computer or stop particular applications from working.
By remotely connecting to your servers, we can also configure users, reset lost domain passwords and check and tune up your server.
Unfortunately, there are some things we can't do remotely - such as diagnose a problem with your internet connection - after all, we need that connection in order to connect to you remotely. Likewise, a computer that can't boot will need an on-site visit.
With our remote support packages, you get a discount of up to 25% on all on-site visits on covered computers.
£ 40.00 per business per month
Includes: 60 minutes per month remote support (any number of computers). Additional minutes are charged at £1.00 per minute or part thereof. Discount of 10% on on-site visits.
£ 70.00 per business per month
Includes: 120 minutes per month remote support (any number of computers). Additional minutes are charged at £0.75 per minute or part thereof. Discount of 20% on on-site visits.
£ 40.00 per server per month
Includes: Weekly remote checks (integrity, backup etc) and 30 minutes per month remote configuration or support. Additional minutes are charged at £0.75 per minute or part thereof. Discount of 25% on on-site visits for work on covered servers.
£ 200.00 per month (for up to 3 computers)
£ 40.00 per month (for each additional computer)
Includes: Unlimited remote support for covered computers. Discount of 25% on on-site visits for work on covered computers. Does note include servers (see Server option above)
All our remote support options are exclusive of VAT, which is charge at the prevailing rate. Charging is made on a quarterly basis in advance. Minimum contract period is 3 months, and 3 months notice is required to terminate contract.
