For most servers, support - including monitoring and maintenance - can be performed remotely from our offices, allowing us to perform any tasks you require (for example, adding a new user) without needing to visit your office.

If your server is not assigned a static public IP address, or you would rather we didn't connect remotely to your server, we can schedule a visit to your business to perform any configuration and maintenance tasks you required.
On-site server support is provided on a time basis:
First 30 minutes (or part thereof)
Each additional 30 minutes (or part thereof)
Remote server support charges are exclusive of VAT, which is charge at the prevailing rate.

Appointments are made on a first-come first-served basis. Although we always endeavour to provide an appointment at the requested date and time, during busy periods it might not always be possible to do so.
If you are unable to make an appointment you have previously arranged, please contact us as soon as possible after you become aware you cannot make the appointment. Please note that a cancellation charge will apply if an appointment is cancelled less than 2 hours prior to the appointment time.
